Is it okay to shorten Amazon affiliate links using this shortener services like cuttly and tinyurl?

And then after shortening my amazon affiliate links can I add those shortener links in "Website and Mobile App List"? (see image below)

Amazon doesn't allow third party shortener tools like cuttly or tinyurl. You can use the Amazon sitestripe toolbar to generate product short links.
In the 'Enter your Website(s)' field, add your site URL.

Damn because if you share Amazon affiliate links on on social media they will banned your account.
 
You can shorten Amazon affiliate links with services like Cuttly or TinyURL for sharing, but Amazon prefers you to disclose it’s an affiliate link and sometimes they don’t like link cloaking. For the “Website and Mobile App List,” it’s better to add your actual site/app URL, not the shortened links. Keep it transparent to stay safe with their TOS.
