is it okay to post 10 a day?

what are you using to make posts? manual, CC, feeds, smth else?
i would do 10 posts upon setup, another 5 per day for about 5 days and then slow down to one or two posts every other day. this has worked well for me with auto social poster and some manual submissions.
this way with a brand new blog you stay under the radar.
then again, everyone has his own methods that may or may not work..

Generally best advice is to wait a little bit longer, indexing robots tend to fail from time to time, so you'd usually want to give it some time. As far as posting frequency is concerned it's good to start with a large number of posts and then slowly decrease it. After several days you can easily limit yourself to one post a day.

submit your sitemap to google webmaster it will quickly get all your pages indexed
Regular posting is a good way to make boots vistit your blog and thus index it. So keep postin, and you should see the results pretty soon. For even better results submitt it to several directories. And even better add a sitemap to your google webmaster. Also they say that placing adsense speeds up the process. So combine all of them and you will get it indexed in no time.
