Do you test it first? I mean, there is no perfect answer. Indexing services mostly don't work. Tier 2-> Tier 1 work occasionally. The combination is a good thing, but you need to provide nice link juice (mainly do follow) links for tier 2. Test, test, test.
its okay for pict 1, I'm just doing same thing, but like others member said before, we need to dripfeed, for me I'll dripfeed about 3 links/day for tier 1 link and work pretty good until this time
Tier 1 >>>> all scraped links from competition.
Tier 2 >>> links in niche from a fresh list
Tier 3 >>> let gsa blast the fuck in your niche its own settings.

Use a fresh heigh da list or rankerx.
Good luck

60% do follow links
Do that on any setup need diversity
With all the backlink articles make sure you're using good niche keywords for the links and also add some wiki links maybe explaining your niche in general.
