Is it okay to duplicate this proxy in all tools?

Sure, two main points

1- if more then 1 tool is hitting the same sources with the proxies at the same time. Like if you are accessing google based services with scrapebox plus gsa at the same time thats doubling up on the requests. So thats just something to keep in mind, the total number of simultaneous requests to a given service like google.

2 - most providers have a max simultaneous connections limit. buyproxies, last I checked, was 10 connections per proxy. So if you have 100 proxies thats 1000 total simultanous connections. So I like to keep that a little under, like 900, but you can do as you choose. But if you exceed the 1000 then additional connections will just be denied.
