the idea of pbn is to push the website higher in rank .
If ppl from your country understand english , i see no problam that if you get human traffic from the pbn ....

Remember pbn websites need to be done in bulk ,only then the power of pbn works , 1 pbn is not good ,5 is better for starters ,then build more till website hit top spot....
Also remeber a really good strong made web2.0 can be very powerfull if correctly done properly.
It a fact that some web2.0 can beat low crappy pbn
Sometimes it better to do web2.0 then see it indexing effect then consider pbn ...

PBN should keep protect and away from footprints. So doesnt matter you use 1 language or 100 langualge as far as search engine doenst have a clue its from same owner. Avoid footprints including browser cookies . broad hostings /. different domain providers . backling pattern so on .

With the compitition with seo and abilty to get good keywords with online tools like kwfinder , and then get a really heigh "da "domain spam free, can be a powerful way beating the competition ...
Sometimes only takes a really good domain and already on top on the competition ....
The domain for the pbn is the power , then it the articles, then the backlinks . Off course onpage and off page seo important ....
