I am trying to do some high quality link building. First I am creating only authority web 2.0 links pointing to my main site. My question is, would it be ok to use the same e-mail address to create a wordpress.com account as wix.com for example?

You should be fine. Some notes:
  • You may want to make sure that the email you use for registration is not listed publicly (e.g., on the contact or about page)
  • If you are making multiple web 2.0s on the same domain (e.g., multiple wordpress blogs, then if you have the same registration email, while it wouldn't necessarily be a footprint to search engines, if WP wanted to ban you they could easily connect all accounts and ban them all
  • Some may recommend that you not use an @gmail for registration.

Shouldn't be any issues, but as someone else said if one gets taken down they might all get taken down.

Perfect thanks guys. How about the URL? Should I use different ones for each Web 2.0 site? Like on Wordpress if I have greatwatches.wordpress.com would it be recommended I use a different one on Blogger like watchesforyou.blogger.com.

Yes its ok to use the same email id

I use some variation there because it looks suspicious ..... not that google is chatiching it this days art you never know what happens in the future and how realistic is it that you have 25 links all called watchesforyou.xxx.xx

As long as it does not display the email ID when you are accessing your public profile, you are fine with it. The purpose of not using same email is only to avoid any footprint.
if it does not leave any, then whats the issue

Yeah Good Decision, I recommend you can use different one web 2.0 sites :)

I do not have any issue in using the same email to register multiple web2.0 accounts, as long as those web2.0 are not related to one-another. Also, some web2.0 sites may be a little fussy over the type of email used for registration, some do not permit free email service to be used, etc. Well I have used GMX and Yahoo emails for registration, and so far I have not encountered any issues with those emails.

I've never had a problem with emails for those as long as it's not public. The subdomain should be different, though, and it allows you to target more LSIs anyway.

I have been using same mail ID for registering in different web 2.0. So far I did not get any problem.

Yeah, you can do register with same email id.I also never get any issue about it.

Actually, you can use your one email address for different web 2.0s. So there is no issue happen with it.
