Well that ultimately depends on the quality of those accounts. But it's not needed to run a white hat ad if the account is already warmed up. More info about the accounts you have?

It depends on what accounts you use. There are accounts where you can launch BH immediately after purchase.

I usually wait a couple of days: I link my card, set up a fan page, and run an engagement ad. Then I switch to running conversion ads.

In my experience better not run ads same time after buying account, looks risky and can get flag fast. i usually wait few days, do some normal activity like login, change small things, maybe run low budget safe ads first. after that slowly move to main offers. rushing ads on fresh bought account not good idea.

If you are good at 1) Creating an effective safe landing page, 2) Good at knowing what keywords and ad texts to use and 3) Good at the cloaking part, then, yes, go ahead and straightaway create your blackhat campaign (at a low daily budget) WITHOUT enabling the cloaker. Account may get suspended. Appeal the account suspension. If the 3 points I mentioned are valid, then there is a 90% chance that the account will get reactivated. If so, then let the campaign run for 48 hours before you enable the cloaking, and take it from there.

Don't launch aggressive offers immediately. Meta's system may flag new accounts. You should warm up 3-5 days of normal ads, then gradually scale into your offers.

In my opinion, instead of choosing one over the other, you should combine both in the smartest way. In the initial phase, you should run ads focusing on features, benefits and addressing the specific needs of your desired customers to collect your target audience. In the next phase, launch Flash Sales or Limited Time promotions targeting those who interacted in the initial phase, this greatly increases the potential for revenue growth.

Short answer: usually better to warm up first. Start with a tiny test budget on a normal offer to prove the account is trustworthy, then scale into your offers. In my ROI tests I’ve seen better results after a 3–5 day warm-up with non-offer campaigns, and only then push the more aggressive promos.

If the account was just purchased, I usually would not push the real campaign immediately. What matters is not only age, but whether billing behavior, business details, landing page trust, and the first review signals all look consistent together. If you push the risky setup too early, a supposedly good account can burn much faster than expected.
Safer approach is to let the account build a little normal history first, then move into the more sensitive campaign once the setup looks stable.

If they send you through share profile in anti detected browser or share via email, you could set up campaign immediately.
if they send you email and pw, you login your self, you should warm it up in 2-3 days first before changing or setting any thing.
