It 100% depends on which network an sometimes offer you are using. Just contact uour affiliate manager to make sure it's okay

Generally, creating an i frame shouldn't be a problem. but you should check with your CPA program if they allow that.

Depends on what you're using the iframe for..... If they catch you doing something funny you'll probably lose all your earnings and post another thread "OMG I just got banned for NO REASON"

If you're iframing to send low quality leads to the advertiser then you will get canned.

However, if you want to iframe since you have a unique angle (relating to the offer) that you would like to try out then go for it. But you have to confirm this with your AM if you want to avoid problems in the future.
