Is it normal while working on your WP takes sometimes to load?

It depends on how much content/plugins you already have. I have a site with over 100,000 posts with quite a decent amount of plugins maybe 20ish and updating a page or clicking edit on a post will take anywhere from 3 to 5 seconds. The more plugins you add the more complicated it gets because they all have things they have to load sometimes not to mention the cron jobs some might set up on install.

It must be your cache plugin/cloudflare. You need to purge the cache to see the effect immediately.
