Hello. I am newbie at proxy. I want to start creating IG accounts. I bought one proxy and using firefox portable browser. When I go to http://whatsmyip.org/ I see the proxy IP. But when I check IP LOCATION, it shows my origin country. Is it normal?

You can consider changing the proxy or the provider.
However, even if it shows like this, you won't have any problems because all that it matters (usually) is the IP's history with that social network. So I think you are alright with it for the moment.

Well may be the proxy you are using is from the same country? If your proxy is not leaking your original IP somehow, you should be fine (IP-wise though).
The following answer contains a simple php script which can determine if your proxy is leaking your real info.
Edit: as @rimvy pointed out, webRTC can also leak your real info, and I assume that you have already had it fixed.
