Is it needed after initial use?

Is a keyword research tool needed after finding your main keywords? like for future post etc.

I subscribed to a keyword research tool and I set the minimum search volume for each kw to 200 and there is around 250 keywords for my main niche and the other 2 niches are have around 100 keywords. Now I'm thinking of writing down all these keywords along with the data associated with them and canceling my subscription for now, is this a good idea or should I continue to pay for it monthly?

Why not just use googles free tool? It looks like to me there just trying to make cash off people who cant be bothered to search manually. Heck there are free serp bots online that will give you your rank and volume for a of course limited ammount of keywords. Plus 200 keywords for just 1 niche?!?!? assuming most of them keywords are junk right? You want keywords that work that make you cash. Of course some of the low keywords can "boom" at some point but do you want to wait for that to happen or start earning today.

Just use googles tool look for some "Fair game" keywords and aim for them for your niche of course. But it's entirely up to you. If you think your getting your monies worth why not ey?

Well the niche has like 8 sites that are complete non sense in my opinion so I know I can beat them out easily and the keywords are just related to the niche it may seem like a lot but when I entered the main keyword over 800 results came up so I had to filter them. Before I set it to keywords with 700 or more searches but I said I'll be missing out so I brought it down to 200 searches a month.
