Should I use different IP address when creating Tire 2 or Tire 3 Links?

I want to know a few more things -
  1. I have 30 Gmail accounts. All are created from my mobile. No proxy used. I have access on all of these emails from my PC. Can I use these emails to make web 2.0 blogs (Mostly blogspot blogs). I use different emails and VPN for other web 2.0s.
  2. Most of the people suggests to post 3-4 articles on a blog. But I can't afford to do that. Is it ok to create a web 2.0 blog with just 1 article (300-400 words) ?
Thanks in Advance.

No, it's completely unnecessary.

1. Yes of course.
2. What you're referring to is called as a paragraph in 2018. Not an article.

Always remember Quality > Quantity when it comes to SEO. Post something worthy instead of spamming with meaningless short-written content.

Actually I was worried about the footprints since all the emails will run on the same same IP.
And thanks for the advice. I will try to ensure the quality and add more contents (600-1000 words).

You can use a ISP with dynamic IP addresses, so everytime you need a different ip just restart your router.
