Is it necessary to use ISP proxies only for registration or forever?

Hello everyone!

I do not live in a country where the Creator Rewards Program is available, I live in Switzerland, with Static Residential Proxies I want to make a Korean TikTok account.
The question is that with a proxy is it enough to just create the account? Or do I always have to use a proxy?
After creating the account through proxy, can I use the account without proxy?

ok, can I always use 4G/5G Mobile Proxies? Not only to create the account but also further, many say that to create the TikTok account you need Residential Proxies or Mobile Proxies, but to continue using it you need ISP Proxies, what do you think?

I would continue using even after registration, imagine putting all your work at risk because of a few bucks you could invest keeping the proxy active
 
Ensure that you’re using clean, unique IP addresses for each account and rotating them frequently.
 
Yes Static ISP proxies should work well for you
 
Consistency matters more than creation. If you start with KR proxy, better keep same geo/IP pattern long-term. Switching back to local too often can trigger flags
