Is it necessary to provide source for news articles ?

I will be submitting my website for Adsense approval -

There are many news articles written into it but in the own words of the writer. In the source, it has been mentioned from which websites the news has been collected but the article link I have not mentioned I have only mentioned the website address and link

Is it good to mention the article address fully or is it ok just to give the link to that website?

No need to give source link, If you rewriting the whole article including the title. Give mention where it's necessary though.
