Is it me or is Google Search Getting Dumber?

Even boolean searches don't seem to be working right. I did multiple searches the other day that were something like this KW AND KW AND KW or KW +KW +KW. Most of the pages didn't have all 3 words on the page when I checked. I was trying to find some specific information and the results were just terrible.

Anyone else noticing this?
