Is it just me or have ranks froze?

I mean, I have several sites ranked on page 1.
I stopped doing seo work to them because I have other things to do.

But ever since the new panda with blogs getting hit like BMR etc.

I noticed that rankings have frozed or they hardly move now.
Anyone experience this?

Not at all. I don't use private blogs. My rankings are always changing; sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse, but in general for the better :)

One page 1, rankings are much harder to change, the competition is hard. Getting to page 1 is the easy part. Moving up is where it gets tricky.
 
I've had sites stuck in the past, and no matter what kind of offsite seo I did, they wouldn't improve.

I believe this is because the on-page seo of those sites wouldn't let them improve any more than they have, maybe even a penalty for on-page, and that they maxed out on the juice backlinks only can provide.
 
They move but the question is what are your competitors doing?
 
My experience is the opposite. Pages that I had holding position one for many years now change rank up and down the page every few days.
 
Rankings are absolutely volatile right now..I'm not seeing much
stabilization as you are suggesting.

Frankly I've seen quite a few algorithm updates over the course of the
last two months, atleast 3 major ones that I can identify.
 
Im having a huge dance going on no freezing at all, some of my sites bounced up, but I had no relation to BMR so maybe my competitors just got shafted almost got into it last month but got lazy it was on my list of things to do this week.
 
my ranks as well as all my clients' rankings are moving. don't stop doing seo work on your site. it can be due to the fact that your site already has a lot of authority OR the keywords you're targeting are not very competitive. there are many factors on ranking to consider but adding to your website in content and seo work will always be advantageous to you and your website.
 
Rankings have not stopped, blogs did get smacked from a manual campaign but it is nothing new. Solutions, "fixes", alternatives and even some revival methods are already being spread among the owners of PR Networks.
