Is it legal?

Hey, I was wondering if is it legal to put 'as seen on Oprah" (just en example) signs on your e commerce website if

1) The product was really featured in Oprah show
2) You don`t use her logo, just write 'Oprah show' in your sexy comic sans font. (Also, would a logo make it illegal?)
3) You put a disclaimer on saying that you have no connections to Oprah.

- This would cover you in the "Truth in Advertising"
2) You don`t use her logo, just write 'Oprah show' in your sexy comic sans font. (Also, would a logo make it illegal?)
- Use of a protected logo without permission on a for profit manor is an infringement.
3) You put a disclaimer on saying that you have no connections to Oprah.
- The disclaimer is a must and I would add a link to the episode the product appeared on.
