There are a few options, you can either have a list of addresses from people that opt-in from 1 or 10 different sites of yours or, you can spam the hell out of people you don't know, which is something people do.
For me, that is a waste of time.

This is called as spamming and it's legal but not productive. I suggest to start productive work instead of doing this.
