is it legal to make a public database about public google sites / forums ?

hello, is it legal to make a big database about websites and make it public which contains stuff like

emails, contact social media etc
prices of articles
forum threads or links to their news ( direct links i wont mirror the content )

i see on many of those database websites you need to enter ur own site but i want to ask if i can just make a database of all of them without asking ? i mean they
are public on google so i am not leaking anything

It used to be legal back in the day.

Not sure now with the corporate-owned WWW anything might be disallowed, who knows.
