Is it just me, or is running FB and IG ads now more about risk management than scaling?
Accounts get approved but barely spend, campaigns run smoothly for 2 days, then suddenly hit review. I have clean BM, no violations but yet random risk checks still appear.
How are u adapting?

It's not just you, Meta in 2026 is basically "how many backups do you have" simulator :D
Stop thinking about scaling one account and start thinking in batches.
 
This isn't just a problem for you; I lost a lot of money in my accounts because of it last year.From what I’ve seen, consistency matters more than ever — same spend patterns, minimal edits, no sudden jumps. The more predictable the account behavior, the fewer “random” reviews.Scaling still works, just slower and cleaner than before.

Don't trust meta anymore
Have backup account including backup.ads channels
More so..it seems their system from November last year did have errors
So many work is been done internally

Yes right, since the end of last year, I've found things to be quite unstable. The problem isn't just with policy, the way the system behaves feels inconsistent. U can launch smoothly, get approval, start spending, and then suddenly things slow down or get flagged
 
You're not alone. Meta's 2026 risk checks are hitting everyone. The only way to adapt is using high-quality aged accounts with warm activity and residential IPs. Scaling too fast on fresh BMs is a guaranteed review loop right now.

2025+ FB/IG ads feels more like compliance management than scaling tbh.
Clean BM doesn’t matter as much anymore. The system is behavior-based now, not history-based.
 
Your problem often occurs with new advertising accounts. Facebook's AI is now very efficient and often issues bans if it detects automated activity. Advertising accounts created automatically are often banned early, but this also affects real users.
 
The main problem with everyone who asks such questions is that they work on one or two accounts at most. Try changing your profile and account, plus using a clean proxy to run the ads.
I think it will be helpful.
 
Yes, new accounts usually spend money slowly, it will take about a day for the account to become active, but we should use an account from BM 2k5. It will be more stable, and scaling up will not encounter many problems or risks.
 
Actually, Facebook is constantly updating and its AI frequently scans, causing many errors. This is a common issue that almost any product will encounter. Just stay calm, fix the errors, and everything will be fine.

Yes facebook scans a lot nowdays and the only way to get out of it, is to have (preferably) a whitehat niche, stable accounts and if you get banned by AI, contact facebook's support immediately.

Yeah, It’s becoming more about keeping accounts stable and managing risk than pushing aggressive scaling.
 
It's common for clean accounts to still get flagged unexpectedly, it's not just you. You should prepare a backup account beforehand to avoid interruptions.

yes that kind problem happening with every one but i think its happening because of report or spam factor. now days if we run 18 plus ads people will report those type ads more and we will get restricted.
