smoking in general is disgusting and very unhealthy. doesn't matter if man or woman does it. I am instantly not attracted to any woman who smokes.

Well, cigars aren't full inhalation (unless you're the oddball who does) - so I would definitely find it a bit strange and bothersome. Sounds more like something you'd find in an old-style vintage photograph rather than 'normal reality'.
Cigarettes cause cancer to the lungs, cigars would cause damage from the throat upwards (inner mouth!).
But I would agree with sonicpunk, I'm not attracted to any women who smoke either (I'm a non-smoker). So, depends on your point of view
