Is it just me, or does this site look EXTREMELY dodgy..?!

Stumbled across this whilst looking for directories to submit my TGP to...

(I usually start off with a site trying to create more organic links before going troppo with BH)

Is it just me or does that whole site seem dodgy.

Anybody have an experience with this unflatteringly designed site??

I don't know bro I think its just old. The copyright @ the bottom says 2005 which means the tool is probably an old POS. But you never know.
