I am sure you already knew it is not legal.
    Obviously stealing content is illegal.

Depending on the content and the right holder it can be a high financial risk or a tiny risk.
Value the risk yourself and act like that ;)

It's a copyright violation, but unless anyone has registered the copyright to the photo (unlikely and expensive unless it's a corporate site) the victim would have to prove actual damages from the violation which would be difficult. THe most that is likely to happen is that you have to take the pictures down, and if it happens multiple times your hosting service might dump you.

Many of the pictures on flickr are published with a creative commons license and it is OK to reuse those.

hahaha the myspace thing caused me to pee myself that was soo funny. But yes its illegal copyright law's and stuff. Yeah you dont want to create something big and realize you stole a pic from somewhere and the person see's it and sue you for nearly all of your earrings reminds me of the michael jackson song this is it. Published a song written by another guy michael just sing's the song and posed it off as michael own work. Guys hears the song call them up now he is getting pretty much 50% of song which is a big hit. but they choose to settle out of court. But if it did go to court you would have bet your bottom dollar the estate of michael jackson would loose millions. and he would probably get 10x more. point is becareful

    It isn't illegal.
Once people upload anything to facebook, it is lost.
First of all, facebook OWNS that picture. If you remove it, they can put it back.
They can do ANYTHING (Read this all in TOS, check it out if you don't believe me) to your account.
You cannot even "DELETE" your account.
    You can disable it to stop people from seeing your stuff, but even then ANY staff associated with FB or Partners can see your profile;

This includes : FB staff, and all partners, which includes Google. Therefore, EVERY google employee, if they wished, could come see your deactivated profile and check all your picutres & videos & everything.

You can take anybody's picture off of facebook & use it as you wish, as it is no longer theirs once it has been posted.

Myspace, not sure, I only read Facebook's TOS fully.

You are right about the TOS. But it's still copyright violation, because now Facebook owns the pictures. It's only a shift in ownership.

Using images of people without a model release is illegal, no matter who owns the copyright to the photo. -- The person CAN sue you (assuming they find out) for using their image without their permission

Using someone's photo for sex-marketing is defamation - "imputing serious sexual misconduct." - it's illegal and you can be sued for everything you own, and will likely loose (assuming you are caught)

There are cheap/free ways to get picks... but at the VERY least - use pics of girls from sex sites (they can't really claim defamation that way) - using a pic of some nice girl from myspace, facebook, etc. is playing Russian Roulette with all of your earnings - worth it? not to me

If you got the photo of someone from another country then yours, how the hell would someone ever find out you copied it from somewhere?

Getting sued by some teenage whore posing in a bra is probably the least of my worries in the whole BH industry... better yet the odds of that happening are probably less than winning the lottery.
