Yo i was wondering if it was against the law to sell fb likes
I know its against the Tos but is it against the law?

If not where is the line drawn? can i sell hot dogs that come with 100 facebook likes?

(im talking about bot likes)

Yes i realize this but i am asking if it is fundamentally against the law to sell them in north america

No it not illegal but against Facebook TOS.If selling Facebook likes was illegal a lot Facebook likes sellers would be in prison by now.
