Is it illegal to resell ahrefs api?

Hi, ahrefs offers enterprise plan for 999/mo and 2m api credits. Additional credits are for $50/1M. So is it illegal if I sell ahrefs api credits? I know it is illegal as per their TOS lol but how likely you'll get into trouble? There are many resellers in market. Please share what do you think

You can do it. It's against their terms and conditions but not illegal. In the worst case, they will suspend your account.

It's illegal because you can't resell someone else's product without authorization. It's not illegal because it's against the TOS. TOS isn't law.

If they say it's against tos then it's against their tos and they can ban you account.

Ahrefs API is a tool that allows developers to access Ahrefs' database of backlinks, organic search data, and other SEO-related data through an application . if you resell i think it not break any rules .
