    Hello everyone.

I'm trying to grab the #1 spot for my EMD.

Home page website is #4 and one of my inner page is #5.

    Here is the competition:

    #1: PR 4

    #2: PR 1

    #3: PR3 (wikihow)

    #4: Homepage PR0

    #5: Inner page PR0

As everyone know, wikihow have thousands of backlinks.

Any tips on how to crush this damn competition?

    Thanks a lot,

    Johnny

still dont have enough info to make a judgement call. post a market samurai report and i can give you a better idea

in general wikis arent that hard to overtake, it really just depends on the backlinks in their case

Don't worry about how many backlinks the main website has. Every page is ranked seperately. If you have a better page than wikihow about a certain subject, you can certainly outrank it.

damn right....you spread it out over enough accounts, your posts will stick. They deleted most of my edits....but they didn't get them all

Not much info there, but I'd say it looks pretty simple to beat.

Chad Kimball has a lot of stuff on how to beat anything wiki in rankings. Talks directly about wikipedia, but should work just as good with wikihow.

it is easy to beat wikihow [ or any site for that matter, in most cases] if your links have the right anchor text targeting the key phrase.
