When i login to my google webmaster tool and check with my keyword google result is showing my website in 2nd place.

but when i logout my google webmaster then check with my keyword in google it is showing 13th place.

I cleared all cookies, temp files and dns flush. I restarted my pc etc., same result

Is it google dance or what?

It's because Google personalizes the search results for your Google account.

I build links naturally like 30-50 backlinks per day(including forums, blogs, comments). And my domain is 1 year old
What can i do now.

Use a software to check your ranks like market samurai,rank tracker,etc.
