Is it good to keep (long term) btc eth and ltc at coinbase?

Hello guys,

question is in headline. I know that it is always better to have your own wallet on mobile or desktop but I cant find good (with excellent rate) Android wallet that support btc eth and ltc. So Coinbase or multiple wallets (one for each cryptocurrency)?

Eh, I would say coinbase is the safest exchange to keep it on, but don't do it. I keep small amounts on coinbase, but all my puppies are sitting between 2 nano s ledgers that locked up at a bank :)
 
Not at all.Even though coinbase is a safest exchange among all other exchanges, but it's never been a good idea to store all of your currency in an exchange.No guarantee for an exchange.They could even steal your BTC.Consider a hardware or a desktop wallet.

By the way I read a thread in Bitcoin forum about Male domination in crypto world.But whenever I see posts about crypto here on BHW, I always see comments with girls names and images.
 
I treated myself to .05 BTC (nothing major, as I wasn't really serious about BTC at that time) for a birthday present to myself, 3 years ago, and purchased on coinbase. Since then, I've had multiple new computers, and have since lost all of my wallet.dat files. However, 1 of the only two places I still have BTC as I recently got back interested in it, was coinbase! So they're good, in my book. They kept a better vault than I did. But again, I wasn't too serious about digital currency, back then. Now, however, I'm kicking the **** outta myself!
 
We can only guess. There is no guarantee of reliability.
 
An exchange is what it sounds like , to exchange your coins. So do not ever store large sums of coins there. If you're looking to 'trade' coins then storing on an exchange sounds okay but always assume there's a substantial risk when your coins are not on your own wallets.

Only hardware wallet can secure your coins for long term. all web base or mobile app wallets can be hacked. and exchanging sites more easily. And Coinbase is an exchange
