Is it good to accept Guest Post ?

If their article is better than anything you can write then yes :-) I only accept them if I think it will benefit my readers!

Yes!!! because you can get more traffic to your blog and also if the content is in high quality, it will increase your blog's DA and PA

yes I agreed , it's good to accept guest post but before posting article on your blog , you have to check it in CS.
 
All you need to do is manually scan the guest posts before accepting.

As others said before, it depends on the quality and authenticity of the articles.

Therefore make sure you trust your guest writers / bloggers by not randomly accepting anyone.
If you want to go the full way, check on their CV, their background in general, their writing-background in particular and of course on the article before you actually publish it. Check it manually and with software to make sure its not just copy-pasted.
 
Professional writers may give unique article so before publish article check writer bio.
