Hi,

I just want to know if there is any program work good more than adsense in youtube as you see i got ESTIMATED MONETIZED PLAYBACKS 16,517 earn only $26 !! or this is good ?! my video get mixed views from europ and arabic country but the most from arabic country so what do you think ?!

That's a terrific sum mate! Just a little below average.
People don't disclose YouTube earning (they are legally obligated not to do so) but on average earning from YouTube are anywhere between $1500 - $3000/million views.
Mos people getting close to $2200/million.
 
I get around that per million. I don't have many popular videos, but it makes me around $2000 so I can't complain.

As i have more than one channel i just check the other one now and see this !!
ESTIMATED MONETIZED PLAYBACKS 1,072 make revenue $15.22 !! ( second channel )
ESTIMATED MONETIZED PLAYBACKS 16,517 earn only $26 !! ( first channel )

I think no one can understand YT with Adsense :)

Really, all you can do is guess. Adsense simply pays you for people who click the ads. By comparing viewcount to earning, you get a general idea about how much you could "potentially" earn. However that not for certain. Seems you got really lucky on the other video, or the ads integrated on it were very interesting for your viewers. Who know.
Be happy with it and expand! These earning are nothing compared to what the big boys make, so try getting more traffic.
 
That isn't bad at all. Even though it isn't anything compared to what top IMers make, its a good start and you have lots of potential.
