It just spoofing the day stat mean nothing as all traffic needs to be proper these days.
Domain authority stat, not the only stat needed to show the da is worth the da stat it is.
The only way a domain worth its value is by solid income from the domain itself.

Only way of any benefit would be trying to sell links from your high DA website, if they delved deeper into the scores looking at other metrics you might get found out but not that many people would bother especially in adult.

Anything that will not appear “natural” to Google bots is likely to hurt your SEO. I would suggest you just grow your DA organically by creating links to your site progressively, rather than using some service that may use bots or weird or spammy ways to get DA bump.
