Backlinks from various languages are not really useful unless your website talks about languages, travel, political issues in that specific country.

My Website about travel, mythlogy, architectural and my plan is when I achive my 10.000 visitors goal for one month I will translate my website and article to four different language for example english, german, dutch and maybe russsian.
