In elance and freelancer, IT Companies used to post their requirements.

Developers bid on it and share their own created estimations, do you fill that developers are getting exact fees for projects? Because millions of developers cross countries tries to get that project. Mostly bid less to get project for once.

Is it fair with developers who working as freelancers?

Is it fair that the developers do not have enough business skills to talk to a client and the IT company in the middle has to listen to all the rant client gives because the developer is not doing his job on time? The world is not fair, learn it soon or else keep on ranting everywhere and no one really cares a damn.
