Is It Even Worth Listing My Site?

Hi guys,

ive got a site that ive ranked to 1 for a very easy kw and it gets about 25 uv a day.

This was the first MNS i made, and at the time my KW research was significantly worse than it is now!

The cpc is about $2, but isnt generating much revenue (about $10 per month).

I dont want to keep the site anymore as in my opinion having a thin and obvious MFA site like this isnt worth risking my adsense account over. But i cant see it being worth anything?

Is there any point in me flipping this? or should i just ride out the years reg and give it away?

Try to sell it on other forums for cheap (50$ for example) and then invest that money in a more bigger niche

Yeah, the site is probably worth a few hundred bucks meaning that if you were to list it on Flippa you'd pay around half of what you'll make in various fees.

Just list it elsewhere as suggested above. DP and other places. Adsense sites tend to sell well everywhere.

I would recommend that you try to put some more effort and get a monthly revenue of $25-$50 and then list it.
