it might count as unetical thing or blackhat SEO, probably because sometimes it produces very shitty content that is non-relevant to the user but might be well SEO optimized.

Of course it's unethical if you just rewrite the article written by someone else, but if you use the AI to analyze it as a source of information and as a basis for generating a new unique article on a topic given by you, it's absolutely legal and ethical. Aren't the human copywriters doing this all the time?
