Hey,

ive noticed some sites went from com to for example eu or me

like torrentz, demonoid

i want to start a blackhat blog (extremely blackhat) and im concerned about losing the domain, is it safer to have a domain like org/net vs. com? Or even worse domain like eu, in, me?

whats the difference?

I know i will get c&d letters, etc. Whats the best registrat for this kind of stuff? will internet.bs suffice?

Your TLD will have no affect on you getting, or not netting a domain banned. With whom your domain is registered, and where your site is hosted can give you some protection if you are blackhatting.

To be honest, I think it's only going to get worse (domain seizures) as the US tries to regulate the internet. :/

which registrar is the safest? is it safer to buy some national domains like sweden etc?

i want to create a site where there will be links to multiupload/mediafire with some cracked apps

im thinking about buying a com domain and an european domain and redirecting the com to europe.

Absolutely, it does not matter. Even if it matters, If you want to do blackhat with org, i bet you will loose it more easily than com because org is mostly associated with charity and religious websites. But it really does not matter

what about EU domains like .eu or .se ?

how come piratebay doesnt lose its org domain?

I wax about to start a forum like 5 years ago ... ws is the best choice from any non USA based domain registrar and it stays up .... I can help you out straight away...

cheers
