Is it duplicate title ?

I have a confutation about seo title

For example:
1. Hello World - BHW
2. Hello World | BHW
3. Hello World (BHW)
4. Hello World :: BHW

If I use above 4 titles in 4 different posts then google can consider it as a duplicate title or not ?

I think millions post indexed on google by the name of "Hello World" Title.
By default wordpress first post come with Hello World

Post content is different but topic is same related to "Hello World"

I'd try to change the title, too. It a big factor in ranking and if you have 4 different pages with the same title but with different content, it probably means that your title is not accurate enough in representing what your post is about.

To prevent possible duplicate title problems, mix up your titles more than just adding a brand or symbol. Make sure each title says something different about what's in the post.
