Is it duplicate content if it is in another language?

Ok, I am making one of my sites multi lingual. The links to each page are as followed:

example.com/example
example.com/es/example

The english page is fully in english and the spanish page is fully in spanish. The urls are in english except the es for spanish. Will this cause a problem with duplicate content? This is how the plugin sets up the url and I am wondering if this is good or bad. On page the header is in the spanish form.
