Is it difficult to run Blackhat ads on TikTok?

My 2years old tiktok account got banned due to music copyright:weep:
That's perfectly normal; if you violate the rules, TikTok will definitely block your account.
I'll be honest, running black hat ads on tiktok today is extremely difficult and risky, the platform has an artificial intelligence system that scans videos, audio, and text for prohibited content. If it detects anything suspicious, your ad doesn't even make it to human review, it gets shut down instantly.

The most common method used to try to trick the system is cloaking, which involves having two pages, a normal one that the tiktok review team sees and another hidden one with the real content for users, but that's no longer the case, tiktok closed that loophole and now uses scanning technology that detects hidden code, if they find anything suspicious about your domain, they flag it and can block your account and even your funds, if you still want to take the risk, don't post anything for the first few days, then upload a single high quality video and monitor whether it gets any views, if you see it gets zero, they've detected you and banned you, black hat advertising today isn't just a gamble, it's practically account suicide. In these times, you'll most likely lose your investment, your account, or both.
Your idea is quite good and will certainly help many people.
I totally agree, account trust and history are the no.1 thing that the algo "bypasses". Meaning that if you've got accounts with good standing, you are less probable to get shadow banned or even outrightly banned on Tik Tok.
Yes, we often use old accounts when running ads.
running black hat ads with TikTok is easier with the available of targeting interest region geo to run cloaking blackhat method promotion for convert traffics in certain propose niche.
Blackhat advertising will not be easy for newcomers.

That’s true to a large extent. Blackhat SEO usually requires a strong understanding of search engine behavior, automation, link patterns, footprints, hosting, indexing, and risk management. Without experience, beginners often burn domains, waste money, or trigger penalties very quickly. Most successful marketers first learn white hat fundamentals like technical SEO, content optimization, and link building before experimenting with aggressive strategies. Experience helps you understand what works temporarily, what scales, and what can permanently damage a site.
