Is it difficult to reach first-class countries, but easy to reach third-class countries?

On TikTok, everyone is trying out VPNs and other solutions for first-world countries. So, if I want to create content for third-world countries, do I need to use a VPN?

With a VPN, you may have some reach limited; however, if you use a 4G proxy routed through the device, and insert a active Simcard of that country, the app should start displaying videos of the country you intend to target. That being said, you may have warmup the account first before your profile completely switches over from the country where you created the account from.

VPNs are shit, use a proxy. Most vpns are flagged.
