How hard is it to learn to do these kind of videos?

Which program would you use?Note that i'm talking only about the video itself, for the audio i'll have to pay someone to do a voiceover anyway

Aslo, how can you use random footage and be sure it's not copyrighted?

i make such videos , you need a good program and very much knowlege to make that my friend better gire someone to make it
