Is it better to set crypto gateway or process it directly to adress?

which one has better conversion rate? I see that some big sites like adsy directly take crypto payments to their adress, but doesn't it reduce conversion% if you run a small seo shop? Which crypto gateway are best now woocommerce supported ? thanks.
