Is it bad to have 2-3 channels on one device?

I already have one channel, but I want to like experimenting with new channel (no, its not going to be spam, just like new niche)

Is it okay? Or does having same device/ip will be a problem later on?

YT allows you to have multiple channels, so no issues if you're not using them to spam.
 
It's usually fine, but if you do someting tha's not allowed and get flagged, all accounts might get affected, so keep that in mind
 
If you're following the TOS then you'll be fine
 
Not bad.. it's okay !

A person can have up to 50 YouTube channels associated with one email address. You can create multiple channels for different topics or to monetize them with one AdSense account.

Short answer, no. But, what you're doing with it?
 
is ok, as long as they are different niches yes, but if one channel gets hit or banned for any reason affect all the other channels so is better to keep them separate but if you are going all by the rule and just test new grounds with your own created content go for it you will be fine.
