Is it Bad to Get Almost All Traffic from Google?

Okay, so I'm getting most of my traffic from Google with very little from Yahoo and Bing. Obviously, this is because of bad rankings on Yahoo and Bing.

The question is, is this bad? Do I need to focus my SEO on Yahoo and Bing as well?

If yes, what are your proven strategies to increase ranking on these minor league search engines?

you can reffer some of it to me :) but don't be too bothered by that,since the "cake" of search is pretty much %50 G and %25 Y/B each, it's normal.
 
Focus on your Google ranking. Once you are where you are at, begin it again, but instead for the others. Usually With a high google ranking you'll place a decent spot in bing/yahoo.
 
When u have a 'good' ranking , start to find another way to drive traffic . GG is good but as every1 said ' put eggs to many baskets '
 
it's not bad but not the best. Rely on one source of traffic is like put all eggs in one basket,which is a risky thing.
 
Now it isn't bad. I always target my seo to google, because its the king of the search engines. Bing and Yahoo rankings will follow in no time.
 
When was the last time you heard someone say "I dunno, Yahoo it"

No, it's not bad at all.
 
The only bad thing about it is that if you lose your Google rankings then you're up shit creek without a paddle.
 
just stay for google ranking. coz if u opt for yahoo or bing u may loose ur google ranking.
 
Just watch your google rankings or you could be in trouble.
 
No it's definitely not bad. However, some people hate having all of their income dependent on one thing. If you're not doing anything "blackhat" (<--:rolleyes:) in Google's eyes, you should have nothing to worry about.
 
it's nice to have traffic from google, but depending on google is like walking through mine field, one wrong step and you are fuc*ed up
 
Mix it up, before something or other creates a Google backlash that guts your business, as warned above. Don't ignore G, but relying on it as the sole source of traffic is unbalanced. Use social bookmarking, social media, mobile marketing, offline tactics, mass submits of articles, etc, to get you traffic whether Google is being good to you or not. Call it your rainy day traffic bank.
