I want to use Amazon affiliate program on my website, but my site have adsense ad. Will it be any problem to use Amazon besides Adsense ?

I dont know if its against the ToS or anything but I would not recommend you use both at the same time you will lose money.

If you want to use adsense use adsense only.

If you want to use amazon then use amazon only.

You can do both but yes it is not a good idea you should target users test out which works best for you.
