it showed that it is QEMU virtual CPU. is it KVM?
Besides, how to check it is a ddr3 or ddr4 ram?
how to check it is SSD hard disk?

It sounds indeed you are virtualized under either KVM or Xen.
To check DDR3 or 4 I'm not sure there is a fast way to check it out as the device manager doesn't seem to report it.
You could check with CPU-Z tool and check the memory tab.

Well opening task manager -> performance -> memory can display your memory clock.
