Is it a good practice to use iframes in affiliate links?

I hope many of you must have seen how themeforest works when you click on a them. I like the way they make use of iframes so no matter what you are still one click away from their site.

Has anyone implemented such type of iframe use on the affiliate links such that everytime some of your affiliate links get clicked it always opens in iframe?
