Yes. It is Okay for off-page promotion. But you should check with the plagiarism before posting the blogs. This is for link boosting if you can't spend money on content for quality content, guest posting service like that

Depends on where you are going to post. If its press release - pr submission - then its fine. But if its guest post/pbn/web 2 then u should use different articles.

I recommend that you avoid that practice, especially when it comes to guest posts. Authority sites will expect original content from you, so you won’t want to betray their trust. Besides, every piece of content that you put on others’ sites is essentially promotion for your main website. You want to have as much original and high-quality content out there as possible.
