Is it a good Idea?

Hello Guys,

I am planning to start a new youtube channel from scratch in general niche, (with general I meant it will includes videos from all the categories like health and fitness, lifestyle, travel etc).

What I have thought so far?

1.) I have decided to hire one good graphic designer and video editor, who will design thumbnails and will edit video that will be shot by photographer.

2.) One photographer to shoot videos on high quality DSLR camera. Photographer has all the shooting equipments we required.

3.) One Anchor to be used in some videos.

For content creation I have decided that I will not pay anybody to create content for me rather I am tying up with professionals in the respective categories to generate content. So far I have tied up with Gym trainer, Dietician, Yoga trainer etc. I have done barter with them, they will give me the content and i'll give them virility and popularity in return.

For for eg. Gym trainer will prepare all the content that has to go in a video and then my photographer will shoot the video and graphic designer will edit it and post it. We have decided to make the playlist with the complete courses in respective categories.

For Marketing I have decided few things:

1.) Bulk SMS
2.) Bulk Emails
3.) Youtube SEO
4.) Social Media ofcourse

Though I am not sure about adwords yet but will certainly like to try it out.

I know this will take lot of time and money to get done but then this will be something that will go long term and full time venture.

I am posting this out here because I would like to have feedback from you guys on what you think about this idea? Is it worth it? Are there any changes you would like to suggest?

Bulk SMS for marketing?

If you have some time and money to spare I don't see why it's not worth a shot!

I suggest doing some proper research so you're fully confident you want to invest the time and money in something that MIGHT work.

You definitely need a strong following, regardless of the type of promotion you are going to implement. I would suggest to go with YT SEO and promoting your channel for maximum organic subscribers, so ranking and optimizing your videos is essential. This should be an ongoing task for every video.

Apart from that move on to SMM and add in bulk sms and email. Don't spam of course.

Too many niches on one account. Better to make a separate account for each niche.

I am also runing an e-commerce website, so I already have data for people who buy online. I tried sending 1000 SMS yesterday and got around 50 clicks on my video links.

Can you recommend any tools or packages available in this market place for YT SEO, that are actually effective?

Is there a specific reason for not keeping all niches in one account? I was doing this considering that it will be easy to manage and promote one channel rather then managing 10-15 different channels in different niches.

YT Seo and social modia are enough. I wouldn't use bulk SMS and email tools. It's too dengerous.

Any recommendations on YT SEO provider here? I know there are plenty of threads in market places but all that information is so over loaded that it gets hard to chose one.

Sounds like good plan. What do you want to achieve specifically with these : profit or fame ?

Profit is first thing, because without profit I won't be able to do this for long term.

By bulk sms do you mean WhatsApp or plain sms.
