Is it a good idea to use facebook group poster?

Hello guys
i belong to about 50 facebook groups and recently decided to post my articles on those groups for traffic. i can do 50 post manually but the problem is if i want to repeat like 3-4 times daily. i cannot get time to do that as i have other jobs to do for my site. So i have two questions.
1. is it safe in 2018 to use software to post to groups?
2. if the answer is yes, which is the most affordable one that can do the job

Dont waste your time to get post stuff on the social media, if stuff are not interesting social media increase the bounce rate so it will be better for you invest time on Your Blogs
